Substract a number from mixed up names

Hello guys, I hope you can help me:

In a spreadsheet, I have the total sales of each Sales Rep for different months. HOWEVER, they are 1000´s
And they are not in the same order one month to another:

APRIL MAY Evolution or difference

Dan 76 Tom 51 Dan ?
Alex 41 Jon 72 Jon ?
Tom 55 Dan 77 Jess ?
Jon 81 Jess 68 Alex ?
Jess 62 Alex 53 Tom ?

HOW CAN I GET THE DIFFERENCE OR EVOLUTION OF EACH REP FROM ONE MONTH TO ANOTHER. THEY ARE ALL MIXED UP!

Looks like the formula should be in F2 - try this:

=VLOOKUP(E2,C:D,2,0)-VLOOKUP(E2,A:B,2,0)

I WORKS GREAT PETE! Thanks! However, the first cell is ok, but when I try to copy and paste to the whole column, It won´t reply the new results. wired!

Check that the sheet is not set to Manual calculation mode.
