Try this in AB5 and see if it does what you require:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Re: Help on extracting data using week number as the criterion.

Thanks very much gak67. However, it didn't quite work as I expected it to. I'll let go of the week number criterion and have, instead, the row index number to be relative so I can extract the same records for a particular week and show it on the Loss Table worksheet. I have attached the same example with comments. I appreciate your help.

Thanks very much Naveed. THe formula works fine. However, I wish to have it extracted on the Loss Table worksheet. May be I should let go of the week number criterion and instead have the row index number become relative. I have attached the same example with new comments. Any suggestions?

This in G7 (and then copied to other cells on column G):
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

The 10 is because there are 10 rows between each weekly total.

I would also have this in C5:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    And this in C7:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
