Excel 2013 Drop doen with Indirect function ( to pick up next %) Please help

I have the Drop down ,

if I pick on C5 from drop down Std , would like on D5 to show from indirect 20% ,
is there a way to this ? or not,

or I have to add 2 different drop down, I can do that , but some users ,might not know what % goes with which category ? sheet one has all the details and sheet 2 has created drop down

Use in D5 (removing data validation)

=VLOOKUP(C5,Sheet1!$C$4:$D$6,2,0)
