Linking newly created worksheet names to cells?

Is it possible to do this? For example, if I create a new worksheet named 14181 then I want that name (14181) to appear in multiple sheets throughout the workbook. Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for your response! And yes that is correct. However, I also want it to appear in other worksheets in the workbook as well if that is possible.
