    Hello,

    I would like to create a drop down that is based on the value of another cell.

    Re: Multiple Lookup/DropDown

    Attaching a Word file with screenshots is not useful. Please attach your actual Excel file.

    Re: Multiple Lookup/DropDown

    Create a new named formula called JobList

    =OFFSET('HOME POSITION'!$A$1,1,MATCH('New Hire'!$F$2,'HOME POSITION'!$1:$1,0)-1,COUNTA(OFFSET('HOME POSITION'!$A$1,1,MATCH('New Hire'!$F$2,'HOME POSITION'!$1:$1,0)-1,99,1),1))

    In cell B4, use Data Validation with a List, and use the formula

    =JobList

    Question Re: Multiple Lookup/DropDown

    Ok...I am tweaking my drop down list and trying to get it to only show cells in the drop down that have a value (skipping blanks)
    using the formula from

    http://www.excel-university.com/crea...ta-validation/

    I DID get it to work for "New Hire" but can't get it to work for Changes (I haven't tried the other 3 tabs)

    Re: Multiple Lookup/DropDown

    Each form & position cell require their own dd_col and dd_col_num
