Taking cell index number from another cell

Hey guys. Suppose I have the number 24 in cell C1. I want to take that number and use it to pull information out of B24. In a sense I'm trying to find a function that will utilize B(C1). Where C1 is a number that is outputted from a different formula. Is this possible?
