Help automatically adjusting numbers in order.

I am very new to excel, and am trying to work on a simple project for my job that needs to be done soon. I've attached an image of what I'm working on, all manually formated and entered as I am a complete noob.

Is there an easier way to change the numbers on the end rather than type all of these in? It's going to go up pretty high. Also, to make it more complicated, every 9 numbers on the end, the first number will change (EG: 301 to 302)

Basically it will be something like this
301-002
301-003
301-004
301-005
301-006
301-007
301-008
301-009
302-010
302-011
302-012
302-013

and so on....

You need to modify your title per rule #1

Yes! Type "301-001" into A1. Then put this into A2 and drag it down.
