Match Substring to another column and return value

I am trying to match substring to another column to return an adjacent value.
I have attempted to use: =ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Some Text",A3)) ; but this returns a value of True of False

Is there a way to amend the above formula or is there another function/formula to match a substring to another length of text to return an adjacent value?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
The below example is an example. Real data is lengthy and work related.

If this is too difficult it would be great to match the substring to another substring and to return the entire matching string from the lookup column. Let me know what options are available.
