    Help with a IF formula

Hi, I'm new here, so I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong forum, but I could really use some help.
I'm having trouble writing a formula that check if one of the following criteria is fulfilled in the table:
    1. One cell has the value 3
    2. Two cells have the value 2
    3. The average is bigger than 1,5

I've covered the criteria 1. and 3. , but I have no idea how to phrase the 2. criteria.
I've attached an example. If anyone is able to help, I'd be eternally grateful.

Hi, and welcome to the forum

    B19
    Formula: copy to clipboard

incidentally B18 could be simplified slightly with

    Formula: copy to clipboard
