CountIf / Vlookup ??

Help! It's been a few years since I properly worked with excel and came to build a tracker today and was stuck with MI.

I have an excel spreadsheet with 10 tabs - 1 for each person in my team. On each tab I have entries for every day which I mark with date in column A and pass / fail column F.

I've made a YTD summary which shows me the % accuracy on each tab as a total % of pass / fail compared to total number of rows using the countif formula.

I now need to break that down into each month as well and that's where I am stuck. I'm not sure how to make a count of each month broken down into pass/ fail.

Hope that makes sense. Any help would be great!!

What about a pivot table? Here is one set up to give results for one person.

Hi, that's great thanks, I hadn't thought of a pivot. Iv got the months and count of pass/ fail in. How did you get the % accuracy to calculate? Thanks

That column is just formatted to look like part of the pivot table. Used "format painter" on the column header, then put the formula
