Tiered Interest Schedule and Loan Amortization Schedule

I am new to the group and I am having difficulty in working with the following Tiered Interest Rate schedule into the attached spreadsheet.

1.00% $1,000,000.00 to $250,000.00
1.25% $249,999.99 to $150,000.00
1.50% $149,999.99 to $50,000.00
2.00% $49,999.99 - $25,000.00
2.75% $24,999.99 - $10,000.00
3.25% $9,999.99 - $0.00

If have tried IF statements and run into Circular Reference error because I was using the running balance of the loan as the basis for the rate change.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
