Counting the number of occurance with multiple criteria in excel

Dear all,
I am trying to use excel function to count the number of occurrence of each zone (W,W1) for each project name for the specific date.
Second table shows my manual calculation. I would appreciate any help to make that automatic for a larger number of data.

As John said, it would have been easier (for me...) if you had put your data on an Excel sheet. Anyhow; here's the formula that you need.
