need a solution- count the status, query type and month excluding duplicate internal monit

Hi I am working on spread sheet. It's a long spread sheet.

I need to count = Column B= Status. It should count- open, closed, reopen for further action and internal monitoring. It should not count duplicate internal monitoring.

Along with this the query type and month. I put he formula something like this... but it is not working. It is counting all or nothing in status.

Countif Register!$M:$M,"Provider Claim", $E:$Month, and $B:$B.....Count not find out
