Find Cell that matches based on other cell contents and display adjacent cell contents

This should be simple. I have a spreadsheet with a column of model numbers i.e. "Model1", "Model2, "Model3.... I need a formula that compares a cell that is based on a formula and match it to the location of the in the column same row that has the models mention before. Once it finds a direct match display the contents 4 columns to the right if the cell that matches.

I have attached a sample. C2:C6 is the array, A6 is the cell to compare. When the formula finds "Model3" it displays the text found in Column G in the same row as the match 4 columns to its right.

be careful with the spelling of Model3 in A6. At the moment it has a space.
