Fixed Length File - ASCII Format

Hello,

I need to transfer a data file I have created in excel to another program. I'm required to transfer the file with a 80 byte record length in the ASCII format. I only have data the following positions: 1-15 and 42-48. Positions 16-41 and 49-80 must be left blank. How can I save the file with a 80 byte record length leaving positions 16-41 & 49-80 blank, then copy/paste into Notepad? The records should be delimited with a CR/LF combination.
