In B20 and copy down
=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$14=$A20)*(INDEX($C$2:$I$14,0,$D$18)))
based on John's suggestion...
=SUMIF($A$2:$A$14,$A20,INDEX($C$2:$I$14,0,$D$18))

I would use Ford's SUMIF rather SUMPRODUCT because it is (in my view) easier to understand i.e. self-documenting.
