Forumla help please? Pulling multiple entries by employee name

I have a spreadsheet that lists all of the credit card transactions on our corporate account. I want a second tab where I enter an employees name and it populates all of their transactions. How can I do this? I am not very experienced with complex formulas. When I do a Vlookup, it only pulls the first transaction over and over again.

Use a INDEX(..SMALL formula.
