    Smile Linest maximum predictor variables

Is it possible to have more than 64 independent variables in LINEST? I've tried 64 variables, it still worked. But it started to show #REF when I added another x column. I have 81 predictor variables in my excel. Thanks in advance!

    =linest(y-value,{x1-value,x2-value,x3-value,...,x-65-value},true,true)

    Re: Linest maximum predictor variables

    Hi,

As far as I could find out 64 is the maximum, but it's depending on the excel version too <2002 it was 16
