Index and Match against more than two criteria

Does anyone know if it is possible to index match against more than just two criteria? MS has a page that is supposed to address multiple criteria using an Index Match Match formula, however it only address matching up to 2 criteria. See link below. Much appreciated!

Yes it does possible have more than 2 criterias, just try to search this forum with that itle....
