Formula to extract given criteria from a table

G'day

Have a little problem with a formula, I have tried indexing but don't seem to get a result.

I have a table in one worksheet that lists the following example. ColA has either the value of 2 or 3. ColB has a person's Name. I need to extract onto another worksheet from that table only those values that equal 2 without having blanks or N/A in my new table on the new worksheet.

I'm thinking it's a INDEX,MATCH but i just can't quite get the result.

All help appreciated as this is a timing spreadsheet for our sled dog race this weekend.
