finding last value of change

is there a formula i can create to find the last value of change?

I have sales date by month and location with the dollar amount. I want to find the $ amount of change from the old value.

Is there way to do this.

I things with a logbook, every time you change a sheet of column of row you can choose this, than there is a registraton of the change.
