I want to automatically insert a row under a cell containing a certain text.

I have a worksheet with several different segment headings for rows of data. I can group them all together by simply custom sorting them in alphabetical order but I also want to insert a row under each grouping. There will be varying numbers of each segment type each day so I can't just insert a row in a particular place.
