how to make description changes itself when changing the columns

Dear All,

Need your help. I have 5 cells in a row. Each row has a headline to which there is a description. What I would like to know is...
When I click on 1 cell on first row, the description should appear on next cells
and
when i clock on other cell on second row, the first description should disappear and the new description appear on the same place. Something like can be seen in below image. Please help me on this.Deskptop.JPGDeskptop.JPG
