formula to show if something is up to date, due or overdue.. help!!

    Hey,

I am currently trying to do a spreadsheet which shows dates when cats have receieved flea treatment and then automatically shows with a green, amber or red symbol If the treatment is up to date, coming up or overdue.
I currently already have a formula automatically calculating the due date of the next treatment based on the inputted date that the most recent treatment was given on and this works well.

    PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTO:

I would like the first column (circled in red) to show a green tick if today’s date is up to three weeks before the due date (S column), an amber symbol if today’s date is up to one week before the due date and a red cross if today’s date is on or after the due date. The person before me has been using the formula (for the top row for example) =IF(S5="","",S5-TODAY()) but as you can see from the photo this is not working as it is showing a red cross.
Any help would be very appreciated

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
