Help request to amend the formula to link with items and particulars

Hi friends,
I want to count the members, duplicates, expired which should match the particulars in column ‘P’ range ‘P9:P’ which is changing after selecting a item in cell ‘P6’.

Now the formula is working fine but I am unable to link up it with the items and particulars.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

You can use countifs for more than one criteria
