In my attendance sheet I want to the percentage in the T column to show up black if they have attended 75-100%, Orange 50-75% and red if they are below 50% attendance. Does anybody know the formula to get that done.

You need conditional formatting for that..

If 75 and 50 have to be included for brown and red respectively then use this--
