Combine Cells and Add Additional Text

Need help combining cells and adding additional text that's outside of the worksheet. See attachment. I'm trying to get the worksheet to auto populate column C based on my formula. All The text in red is text that I want to include in the actual formula, rather than the worksheet.Thanks ahead of time for your help!

This will do it for C2

="ITEM " & E2 & " TAG " & D2 & " Vanilla"

I don't know how you plan to account for it being Vanilla or Chocolate though..

the Word ITEM & TAG can be inserted via this formula in column C:

="ITEM "&E4&" TAG "&D4

but how would you know if you'll insert Vanilla or Chocolate?

="ITEM "&E2&" TAG "&D2&" "&VLookup(E2,$H$2:$I$4,2,0)

I tried this one but it didn't recognize it as a formula. I tried removing the spaces around the quotes as well as removing the spaces between the and sign and the cell number and still no luck....

Is your Excel in english? Also, if you select the cell and change the format for "Standard"?

Yes, it is in English. I told Excel to evaluate the formula and its saying that it contains a constant. I tried it in the original "Ice Cream" spreadsheet and it works fine. Go figure. It has to be something with the specific worksheet I'm working in. Thank you again for your help! So appreciate it!
