Help with SUMIFS

I have a list of countries I am interested in, in one sheet.

In the second sheet, I have a list of companies as rows and the number of employees each company has across different countries. Each country is a column.
I need a formula to determine what is the total number of employees the company has if I consider only the countries listed in the first sheet.
