    Identify Data Range Number

    hi guys...

    how to identify criterion among 3 range..

    please, see my attaching file

    anybody assistance, will be appreciated..

    Change C4:C6 as 1, 41 and 71 instead of 1 to 40, 41 to 70 and 71 to 100 and Use below formula
    =LOOKUP(E4,C$4:C$6,D$4:D$6) copy towards down
