    Tie Breaking a Index/Match Duplication

    See attached file (Rows 479-484). I do not know how to approach modifying formula to accurately identify the date corresponding to the second 200 value. As written for the second 200 found, the formula duplicates date found for first 200. The first 200 date is 16-Jun and the second should be 21-Jun. Thanks!

    I could not get the "LOOKUP" formula to work for me. The pop-up screen finding error with formula appeared.
