    Combine VLOOKUP and IF Formula

Hi, I am trying to combine the 2 formulas in Cell G4

    VLOOKUP(D4,PriceList,5,FALSE) and IF(G4<100,G4*1.4,G4)

What I am trying to accomplish is if the price value that is found in column 5 is less than 100 I would want the value to be multiplied by 1.4 and placed into cell G4. If the price value is over 100 then I would like that value left alone and placed into cell G4.

I would like to do this in column G and not have to do multiple formulas in multiple columns.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming your vlookup is the value you have in cell G4, just replace every instance of G4 with your vlookup, like this:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Without seeing the source data, it's tricky to be sure, but from what you've said, this should be the combination of your formulae, to be placed in G4:

You're welcome - Craig K explained it a bit better than me, as well as being faster to the draw...
