I have 250 rows and about 40 columns in sheet 'master'. I want rows with specific criteria from a certain column to be mirrored in different sheets. So I have sub-sheets that have certain criteria from one column. Is this an INDEX? INDEX(MATCH(?
Can't seem to find a formula that fits the need.
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I need a macro (preferably) to search 'Before' and take out all rows containing Bob in column J, and place them in 'OutcomeBob'.
'Before' will be updated with new columns, so that's why I will need it to re-search and update to 'Outcome Bob'.
