Vlookup and AverageIF <>0 cells together

Alright so I have 3 connecting cells that produce a 3 month rolling average from our sales manager's average monthly prices that are listed on another worksheet via an automatically updating pivot table. I need to have a VLOOKUP function in order to grab these from the pivot table AND average them if they do not equal zero. With the =AverageIf function, you seem to only be able to do a connecting array and do not have many other options

Currently, I have

 =AVERAGE(VLOOKUP(A5,'Worksheet1'!A73:CC99,11,FALSE),VLOOKUP(A5,'Worksheet1'!A73:CC99,12,FALSE),VLOOKUP(A5,'Worksheet1'!A73:CC99,13,FALSE)

I need to have the VLookup functions in there in case the pivot table changes and the sales managers position on the table might change as well.
