Custom month format in alfabet

Hi guys,

I d like to make a formula to form a folder path for source file,based on the date inputed.
Ex: c:\data\Jan 2015\10\report.txt

I only need input the date i wanna proces. Ex: 10jan2015.

I wish when i input the diffrent month, i hope my formula able to follow the month inputed (jan, feb, mar etc..)

The problem is i cant find the format to change mmm yyyy to be display jan 2015 in my formula.
Does anybody know how to create a custom formula/format that d do this.

My formula looks like this now.

=C:\data\"&text(A1,"mmm yyyy")&""\...
I ve tried many things..
So relieve now.
