Hi All! I have attached a spreadsheet to show how my data is organized and I need a formula(s) to help get the top 3 accounts and most improved, based on one type of metric (contained in a list of other metrics that can be ignored). Thank you!

I only want to rank and return the numbers for "one kind of metric" and I want to ignore the other categories "another kind of metric" and "yet another metric".

Hi rcm - I hope I have not wasted any of your time but I went back to the drawing board with my data, reorganized it in a manner that allowed me to simply to use a LARGE and then INDEX/MATCH combo and I got my required results.
