My multiple worksheets workbook designed to work as follows:
Sheet1 - the data on this Sheet1 expands and collapse on the size of my client. It will have a detailed information about my clients and feeds some data to Sheet2 that is in the same workbook
Sheet2- the five columns of this Sheet2 are populated from Sheet1. The rest of the 45 columns on this Sheet2 are used to perform some statistical/financial calculation. This Sheet2 also feed some data to Sheet3
Sheet3- some data on this Sheet3 are populated from Sheet2. The rest Sheet3 are used to perform some statistical/financial calculation, which are totally different from Sheet2.
My obstacles are:
1st- coding Macros based the expanding/collapsing data on Sheet1 when Sheet2 first 30 rows are used for setting parameter for performing the calculation on Sheet2.
2nd- how to handle the formula on Sheet2 to reflect the expand/collapse corresponding data on Sheet1? I tried entering the formula down far to the rows a head of time with no data but it result in #N/A as there were no the required information for the calculation in the first 5 columns. This result in turn results in #N/A to the totals of each columns on Sheet2 that needs to be transferred to Sheet3 for further calculation
