Excel how to remove slicer blank???

Currently I am using the formula
=OFFSET(SHEET1!$A$9,0,0,(COUNTA(SHEET1!$A:$A)-1),12) (my cell starts at A9)

Im using this formula because it can auto update the database to my pivottable instead of manual changing the data source.

However, my slicer still shows (blanks), NA, and *empty cell*

Can anyone help me please. Or is my approach wrong and there is a better way to auto update my database to my pivottable?
