use source formatting in an index match

Hi,

I have this formula that people of this forum have generously helped me get correct. i'm wondering if there is a way to make the formula use the source formatting when it returns the data? so that my text comes out in the same style of the source cells?

Formula:

=INDEX(Index!$E$2:$AP$300, MATCH(A$2, Index!$A$2:$A$300, 0), ROW($A1))
