Return value (Week number) if date is within a range of dates

Hello folks,

I need some help with a formula. See attached.

I have dates showing in column B and have prepared a range of dates in columns H and I. I need to find a formula into column C cells whereby if the date in column B is in the range of columns H-I, then populate the value in column G.

Mind boggling... Many thanks to those that can help!
