    Unique dates within a range

I have a list of dates in F1:F48 of my sheet, some of which are duplicated. The dates change depending on data entered in another part of the workbook. I can get a list of the unique dates within that list, using an array formula provided by FlameRetired, being:

What I am wanting now is to limit the dates in the unique list to dates within a certain range. The range will change depending on data from another part of the workbook too.

I have provided a sample sheet, but with static data. I know I could do it relatively simply from the unique list in column H of the attached sample, but column F is already a helper column, so I was hoping to adapt FlameRetired's formula to include the date range, so column H is only the unique dates within the date range specified.

    Any help is much appreciated.

Try array entering this formula and filling down. I did it in column O of the attached.
