SUMPRODUCT usage

Hi Everyone,
I have a table with conditional values on the left and series of values on the right, as below:

What I am trying to do is to sum all values in rows that meet my conditional values, e.g. when row A = "B" and row B = "D"
I have tried to do something like:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A5="B");--(B1:B5="D");SUM(C1:F5))
but this obviously hit an error as the result of the SUM is not an array but a single value.

Could you please help me solve this one?

Wow thanks, I thought I must have made a pretty obvious mistake. I'll go and read more about the syntax difference between ; and *
will mark as solved.
