    coloring cell according to value

    Greetings,
    How can cells be colored automatically if they meet a certain value.

    If the value in column U is between the values in column R and S then they color yellow and outside the values then color blue.

    I was trying the IF(AND but i do not get it to color.Maybe wrong choice by me for formula
