    Advanced Filtering Using a List

    Hi everyone,
I actually posted yesterday (sorry for the multiple posts!), but I've simplified my problem a bit. I was wondering if there was a way to filter a table by using a list of numbers from a column in a different worksheet as a criteria for a filter. I have a rather large table of zip codes, followed by several limiting factors (see Zip Codes with Data.xls ). This is just a sample sheet, my actual table is much longer (but with sensitive data, so I can't post it). I then have a list of zip codes in its own table (see Zip Codes List.xls ). Note that the list of zip codes I'm trying to filter out is only a subset of the entire table ("Zip Codes with Data"). I'm trying to figure out an easy way to filter the table "Zip Codes with Data" to only show the zip codes that are contained in the table "Zip Codes List" that doesn't require me typing out a long list of zip codes. I'm trying to do this for multiple states, and some of the states have 100+ zip codes that I have to change. I'm also trying to not move the table, but if I have to, that alright.

Any insight would be much appreciated!! I'm at a loss right now as to how to go about this problem!

    Thanks!!!

Here is a simple macro that will delete all entries in sheet2 (a copy of sheet1) if the zipcode is not listed in the file zipcode list.

You would have to change the path of the zip code list to your own

here is a version that only "hide" or filters the rows with zipcodes not contained in the list...
