This is to list where is the stock on what shop number

Those are manually done

I am not sure what it is , it is some kind of index but not single , multiple index

So how do you get 9, 9, & 21 etc in column Y? Can you elaborate that a bit?

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.
