Question Sports Record Keeping Project: Turning weekly scores into full record sheets

I am attempting to create a table of the individual records of each team against each other team given only the schedule and the resulting score then assign a value of into a table corresponding to who won and who lost, as well as calculate win % number of weeks with the highest score and the 4 highest scores ever. Obviously, I figured these numbers in my head and wrote them in but how could I accomplish this in a much more broad usage with formulas?Example:

    STAT SHEET.xlsx

I would like this to be an unlimited list so that each time I add a new year or new week of games to the raw data it continues to calculate the w/l record. Specifically if team 4 beats team 3 a second time how do I make the corresponding table cell equal to 2 instead of 1. I am very raw at excel but trying to learn the logic and combining of formulas. This was a random project a friend of mine asked me about and it interested me. I figured I could definitely learn some things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Try this formula in cell C18 then copying and pasting to the other cells in that table:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Try this formula in cell D25 then copy to D26:28:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

The high weeks I'm still working on.

This in cell G25 and copied down to G28 will give you the top 4 scores ever:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Although if there is a tie it will show the wrong team for one of them.
