Dynamic diagram

I am trying to generate a dynamic chart, which should be filled horizontally.
But following an instruction I already create a dynamic digramm which can be filled vertically.

Due to my database it is necessary to add the new data on the right column instead of beneath.

How can I create a proper chart?

I sample file would be more than helpful as we have no idea what the input/output looks like.
