Trying to build the next phase of our payroll spreadsheet, hitting a bump at over time.

We run our OT based on the following factors:
anything after 12 hours in a day is over time
anything over 44 hours of REGULAR TIME is overtime

The other issue is that overtime spans over pay periods of the months.
So that is as you will see from the example sheet if hours are earned towards the 44 in September, then they must be paid out on sept check. but they count towards overtime in October for the 44 in a pay week..

Been racking our brains on this one for weeks. Cannot figure it out..

Any help..

I will expand anything to cover the whole year worth of payroll. just need a jumping off point.
