Whichever is greater, return coloum name

I have 2 plans and I have to choose whichever cost less.

A B C
Plan A Plan B Choice
$50 $100 Plan A

What formula should I put in C3 if I want to return the Column name of the cheaper plan?
(e.g. In this case, Plan A costs $50 and B cost $100, therefore, show "Plan A" in C3.)

I can think of 2 simple options..
=INDEX($A$1:$B$1,MATCH(MIN(A2:B2),A2:B2,0))
=IF(B2<A2,$B$1,A1)
