Formula to enter value in cell down if not empty

Need a formula to enter value in cell from F3:F14. For example, if F3 has a value, value should be entered in F4. If F4 has a value, value should be in F5 and so on. See sample file

A formula can't "push" a value to another cell. Rather, the cell where you want the value to appear should have a formula which will pick it up from the input cell, so I don't think that's appropriate in this case, as all the cells F3 to F14 would have the same formula.

Just enter the values directly into the cells F3 to F14, as required.
