Comparing two spreadsheets

I have two worksheets that are exports of customer data from two different instances of software (VM sandbox and Production). The VM Sandbox is considered the "good" instance of data, as there was no data in that table when I performed the Import from AD.

I need to compare all of the data to find out which records don't exist so I can potentially delete them.

I tried using VLOOKUP, as well as INDEX-MATCH, but neither really gave me the results I need. I would prefer having the records from the Production environment that don't exist in the Sandbox highlighted so I can then extract that information then determine what, if anything, is going to be deleted.

I would eventually use the information/formulas provided to compare the Sandbox data to an AD record export I will receive from my Infrastructure Team sometime soon.

is it possible for you to upload a clean, non-sensitive version of the workbook?

I don't know how feasible that will be. Since it is AD data, there is a log of sensitive information.

In lieu of that, let me show you the INDEX-MATCH formula I am using, as I may be doing it wrong. In this reference, Sheet1 is the one with the larger amount of data, while Sheet2 is the one I want to compare against:

=INDEX('Sheet2'!$A2:$A8399,MATCH('Sheet2'!A2,'Sheet2'!$A$2:$A$13618,0))

Obviously, I am moving across to each column so all of them will be referenced. Unfortunately, I don't think that everything is matching up like it should
